2. Making a purchase is straightforward: browse through our range for product information and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. You will be asked for a few registration details that we require to fulfil your order before being asked for any payment. Secure credit card payments are accepted either through our internet site using the SagePay payment gateway or can be taken over the phone.
 
3. If  your item is out of stock we will backorder it for you. We will email you with the option of cancelling the order if you would rather not wait.
 
4. We will send your order straight away providing the item(s) are in stock. You will normally receive your order within 4 working days. We despatch goods from our shop Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). Goods must be checked before signing receipt from carrier. (see Shipping Details)
 
5. Goods may be returned if unsuitable in original condition within 28 days. All the original packaging must be intact. Any return postage costs must be paid for by the customer. Upon receipt of the item in original condition, a full refund will be made. If you are requesting a replacement size because you have ordered incorrectly you will be charged for postage on the replacement. We reserve the right to change prices without prior warning with the exemption of a valid order in progress.
 
6. All item prices and the final delivered price are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
